Week 07

In preparation for the presentation for the qualification of the up and coming Engineering Show at Singapore Polytechnic, my team needed me to produce videos for the animation sequences. As the files are in different formats and Creo Illustrate does not allow direct conversion from sequence to animation(video), I had to redo the animation to export it as a video file. Luckily for me, the process wasn't very difficult, just a tad tedious. My group and I also tried to detect multiple tools in the same AR experience for the demonstration but we ran into some difficulties. Individually, Vuforia View will easily pick up on the detection of the tools. However, when we put them together, it has trouble detecting most of the tools and usually we end up with only one consistent detection instead of the three we originally planned. The presentation went well, sorta, and now we are waiting for the results. Fingers crossed.
